 2 Large vine tomatoes, cut into wedges
 1 Cucumber, peeled and chopped into discs
 ½ Red onion, thinly sliced
 1 Small green pepper, thinly sliced
 8 Kalamata olives
 1 tsp Dried oregano
 ½ tsp Dried thyme
 50 g Feta cheese
 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
 1 tbsp Capers
 3 Small rusks

Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them well.
