1 cucumber
250 ml sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of crushed garlic
2 tbsp white wine vinegar

Slice the cucumber thinly either by peeling or by using a mandolin

Place the sliced cucumber in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients

Mix ingredients well

Add more vinegar, garlic or salt depending on your personal preference

Keep chilled for up to 5 hours and serve when ready
